Did you click your activation email? You should have received an email from Parametric from the email address noreply@okta.parametricev.com with a link to activate your account.

If you didn't receive an activation email, your company may be blocking our email domain from your approved senders list. Please send an email message to your IT department asking them to whitelist the domain @okta.parametricev.com. You may also have them contact our support desk at loginsupport@paraport.com.If your activation code is expired…

SECURING YOUR ACCOUNT
Passwords used to access the Parametric portal require all of the following:
- A minimum of 10 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (e.g., *, @, #, !)
